1. General
MAMOANA offers handcrafted and self-designed fashion and accessories made from high-quality materials. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by you as a customer via the online shop (www.mamoana.com). No distinction is made between the mobile or desktop version of the website.
Only persons of legal age may place orders, provided that the order is not made for commercial or self-employed professional purposes.
As each product is unique and handmade, there is no guarantee of permanent availability of the items displayed in the shop.
By placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may be changed at any time with immediate effect; however, the version displayed at the time of the order shall always apply.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping is available within Germany or internationally, and the respective costs are clearly indicated.
3. Delivery
Orders are shipped exclusively via Deutsche Post or DHL. Unfortunately, no other shipping providers can be used.
4. Cancellation of your order
You may cancel your order at any time before payment. To do so, simply send a short email to mail@mamoana.com stating that you do not wish to order the items.
If, after receiving your order, you find that it does not meet your expectations, the store allows returns (or exchanges) within 14 days (see cancellation policy). Please do not confuse the option of return with the statutory right of complaint applicable in Germany.
Of course, items that are damaged or develop defects during use may also be returned even after the 14-day return period. After inspection of the damage and once it has been established that the defect was not caused by the buyer, the full purchase price will be refunded promptly. Please also return the goods to MAMOANA in this case.
I would like to personally ask you to respect the craftsmanship involved in handmade products and therefore to refrain from unnecessary returns or bulk orders. Naturally, items may look different in real life; however, I am happy to answer any questions about the products before you place an order—e.g., regarding size, comfort, care instructions, etc.—as sustainability is also very important to us in this regard :)
5. Payment
Currently, payment is possible by advance payment (shipment after receipt of payment) or via PayPal (direct debit, credit card).
6. Presenation of products
Please understand that each screen displays colors and resolutions differently. Therefore, the images and products shown on www.mamoana.com may differ from their appearance under natural lighting conditions.
7. Retention of title
Bis zum ZaAll items remain the property of MAMOANA until full payment has been received.
